Terms of Service

FastForward provides AI-powered agents that can, depending on your plan and what you connect: auto-reply to emails, book and manage calendar events, generate and send newsletters, generate and publish social media content, respond to customer reviews, manage contacts and a deal pipeline, and automate invoicing and payment reminders.

Some agent actions (for example, cancelling or rescheduling a booking, or an out-of-hours booking request) require your or your client's explicit confirmation before they are executed, as described in the product. Some features may be labeled beta, may vary by plan, and may be added, changed, or removed at our discretion with reasonable notice for material reductions in paid functionality.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

When you connect third-party accounts (Gmail, Google Calendar, social media platforms, etc.), you authorize FastForward to access and act on those accounts on your behalf, strictly to provide the features you enable. You can disconnect any connected account at any time from your dashboard; disconnecting immediately stops the related automation.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or content that violates applicable anti-spam laws.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or send deceptive or fraudulent communications to your customers.
• Upload or generate unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or disrupt the Service's infrastructure or security controls.
• Use the Service in a manner that violates the terms of any third-party platform you connect (e.g. Google's or a social network's API terms).
• Resell or white-label the Service beyond what your plan (e.g. Agency) explicitly permits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through our payments processor, Dodo Payments. Plans include a monthly or annual task/credit allowance; when you exceed your plan's task limit, affected agents pause until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade.

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current billing period except as required by law or as separately stated at checkout.

Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice for existing subscribers.

You retain ownership of the business data, contacts, and content you provide or connect to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant FastForward a limited license to access, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Service on your behalf (for example, drafting an email reply or generating a newsletter). We do not use Your Content to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling and third-party processors.

The Service uses AI models to draft replies, content, and suggestions. AI-generated output may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a given context. You are responsible for reviewing agent behavior and configuration (tone, working hours, booking rules, etc.) and for any communications sent or actions taken through your account, including those sent automatically by an agent you have enabled.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by FastForward and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to FastForward's trademarks, logos, or brand features except as necessary to use the Service as intended.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (including Google, Groq, Brevo, Dodo Payments, and social media platforms you connect). Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. FastForward is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services, or for changes they make to their APIs or policies that affect the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; certain data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC USE CASE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FASTFORWARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FASTFORWARD IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through an in-app notice before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
